THE BEAST ON THE EAST RIVER by Nathan Tabor

This is a book that harshly criticizes Bill Clinton for anti-American actions as president and for his obvious affection for the U.N.'s internationalist agenda. But, writes author Nathan Tabor, “I have to acknowledge that neither Clinton nor the Democrats have a monopoly on foreign policy folly.” That's for sure. In fact, when it comes to the beast on the East River, George W. Bush is doing for the U.N. today what Richard Nixon did for Communist China more than 30 years ago: using his conservative credentials to dispel criticism from the Right in order to advance what are anti-American objectives—objectives an unabashed liberal such as John Kerry or Hillary Clinton could never accomplish. That may not be Bush's intention, and he may even believe he's manipulating the U.N. for American ends, but the trouble is, every time he “uses” the World Body, the internationalists get stronger.

In The Beast on the East River, a rising conservative voice offers a frightening exposé of the U.N.'s global power grab and its ruthless attempt to control education, law, gun ownership, taxation and population control—in the United States.
